Facts a reviewer needs

What the product does. NouriMe estimates the nutrition of a meal from a photo, a description or a barcode, scores how well it fits a self-reported profile and the current day, and suggests adjustments. Scoring, simulation and ranking are deterministic; AI recognises and explains but never decides a score.

What it is not. Not a medical device. Not a diagnosis. Not treatment. It gives no medication or insulin instruction, and no clinical review has taken place. See ../safety/medical-boundaries.md.

Accuracy limits, stated plainly. Food recognition and portion estimates can be wrong. Hidden ingredients and allergens cannot be reliably excluded from a photograph. Unknown nutrient values are reported as unknown and are never counted as zero. A user with an allergy must not rely on this app for safety.

Accounts. Anonymous by default; an email account is optional. Deletion is self-service and permanent — see account-deletion.md.

Availability. The AI provider is a third party and can be slow or unavailable. When it is, the app says so; it never substitutes a fabricated result.

Acceptable use. TBD_LEGAL.

Liability, warranty, governing law, dispute resolution. TBD_LEGAL. Engineering has no view and must not draft these.

Payment. TBD_OWNER — there is no paid tier in the product today. If one is added, both stores require specific disclosures in the listing itself.
