Using NouriMe
NouriMe is an informational nutrition and wellness application for adults aged 18 and over. Use an account you control and keep its sign-in credentials secure. Do not impersonate another person or upload another person’s personal data without the necessary permission. Our privacy policy explains the separate choices that control uploads, backup and communications.
You retain your rights in content you submit. You permit the processing needed to perform the features you request, subject to those choices and the privacy policy. Declining remote analysis leaves manual meal entry available. Optional cloud backup covers a profile rather than the full diary.
Nutrition and AI limits
NouriMe is not a medical device, clinician or treatment service. It does not diagnose disease, prescribe medication or provide insulin instructions. A meal score is not a clinical assessment. Seek qualified professional advice for medical conditions, pregnancy, prescribed diets or concerns about nutrition.
Food recognition, ingredient identification, portion estimates and suggested nutrition can be incomplete or wrong. An image cannot establish that a food is free of allergens or hidden ingredients. Check packaging and ask the preparer; do not rely on NouriMe for allergy safety. Unknown nutrient values remain unknown rather than being treated as zero.
AI recognizes food and explains results. Deterministic code controls scores, simulation and ranking. The configured external AI provider is Qwen.ai via our operated gateway. Its processing, retention and possible model-improvement use are described in our privacy policy and the in-app sharing disclosure. You may choose not to send content to that service and may report inappropriate AI output through the app.
Availability and acceptable use
Features depend on network connectivity and external services and can be slow, unavailable or changed. A failed remote request is shown as a failure; it is not represented as a real analysis using fabricated results. Keep your own copies of information you need; an account alone does not preserve local diary history.
Do not misuse the service to break the law, compromise another person’s privacy, interfere with service operation, bypass access controls or submit malicious content. We may restrict abusive access to protect users and the service.
Access, entitlements and payments
The Google Play build does not initiate external payment for digital features. It can read an existing entitlement and refresh its status. A separately offered web purchase is governed by the price, duration and payment information shown at that checkout. A successful browser return or payment screenshot does not itself grant an entitlement; the server verifies fulfillment. Contact support about access or a payment problem. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights or any rights provided by applicable law.
Deletion and questions
You can withdraw optional permissions and request account deletion as described on the account deletion page. Deletion is permanent and can remove data needed to restore access. Some security, audit and transaction records can remain as described in the privacy policy.
